The self-driving HIMEL SFV feed mixer wagons remove, mix and transport large quantities of feed in the shortest possible time with just one operator and with minimal feed losses.
HIMEL feed mixers meet the highest demands in terms of performance, service life, reliability and cost-effectiveness.
The well thought-out chassis concept, with a short wheelbase, ensures optimum manoeuvrability.
The main drive is provided by a NEF (Iveco) diesel engine or, on request, a John Deere engine with direct drive to the mixer. The stable axles with hydraulic motors in the wheel take the vehicle to speeds of 12 km/h, 24 km/h or 40 km/h. The HIMEL SFV feed mixer wagon is equipped with front-wheel drive and rear-wheel steering. The HIMEL SFVV feed mixer steers at the front and drives via the rear wheel axle with differential lock.
All vehicles have a brake axle and parking brake. The working hydraulic motors are supplied by a pump drive and the milling motor by another special drive pump.
The HIMEL high-performance milling machine (2.0 m wide) with protective cage transports the material to the mixer via a 700 mm conveyor channel with rubber conveyor belt. The direction of rotation of the milling machine, as well as the conveyor belt, can be reversed.
The reinforced mixing hopper from HIMEL made of quality steel (St52) with a 20 mm base and 8 mm side wall is equipped with 2 hydraulic counter knives. Thanks to the special mixing auger with hardened knives, round or square bales are also gently and quickly processed into mixed feed together with the other components.
The HIMEL SFV feed mixer wagon has a front left discharge via a chain conveyor as standard.
The HIMEL feed mixer wagon is operated using a joystick or pedals. The on-board voltage can be switched off when parking. Various display instruments for e.g: Cooling water temperature, oil pressure and operating hours counter as well as several headlights on the cab, reversing lights and road lighting are also standard. All vehicles can be equipped with a 360° camera system to view the area around the vehicle via a 7" LCD monitor.
Good accessibility to the engine, radiator, hydraulic oil cooler, battery and hydrostatic system. The tank capacity is 125 litres. The standard weighing system determines the weight of the trailer contents using 4 stainless steel weighing rods. The weighing computer with acoustic signal helps you to accurately compile your desired mixed ration. Service-friendly unit arrangement and clear layout guarantee easy handling.
