Rotary vane blowers
are the power packs of the Z series with a rotary valve and are used where the highest conveying capacities are required. A consistently practical design allows a wide range of applications. Mounted on the side, the rotary feeder with its low, rotating inlet hopper fits under any tipper.

Suction pressure blowers KM-SD

HIMEL Suction pressure blowers
are true all-rounders and combine two devices in one. You can empty and fill trucks, silos, flat stores and containers without physical effort and without additional units. The strong but gentle air flow guarantees high hourly outputs when conveying grain, pulses and seeds. It ensures thorough residue emptying, even for seed grain. It can be easily converted to a pressure blower with twice the output in just a few steps and a conversion kit.

The performances were determined with dry wheat (moisture content approx. 14%) at a bulk density of 750kg/m3, using original HIMEL Guma pipes and a blow-out cyclone. Deviations of up to 30% may occur when using movable pipe parts (pressure side). If a suction hose is used, a large loss of performance must be expected.

  • Easy operation via 4-step switch with ammeter and plug-in device for optimum power setting
  • Flow regulator for easy turbine start-up and overload protection

  • Turbine and rotary valve can be separated. This allows easier manoeuvring of the trailer
  • Rotary valve with geared motor 0.55kW/60min-1 for twice the power compared to injector rotary valves
